 Application 

 

The wafer type check valve is a universal one-way fluid valve. The utility model has the advantages of light weight, small volume and easy to be installed between the flanges. The inside of the valve is composed of two semicircular springs and a plate surface, and is fixed on the valve body by a pin, and the spring is deformed to close the valve plate, and the fluid pressure causes the spring to open. The deformation is fast, which protects the pipe from water hammer damage.

 Feature 

 

    When the flow rate is slowed, the torsion spring automatically reacts, causing the valve flap to close, approaching the valve body seat, reducing the travel distance and time of the closing stroke. When the fluid flows back, the valve flap gradually approaches the valve seat of the valve body, and the dynamic response of the valve is greatly accelerated. This dramatically reduces the effects of the water hammer phenomenon, resulting in non-impact performance.
When closed, the action of the spring force causes the tip of the flap to close first. This prevents the occurrence of biting at the root of the flap, allowing the valve to maintain a more uniform seal for a longer period of time.

Long term cooperated forwarder will book space, clear customs and transport for us without delay. There are three ways for transportation, by sea, by air and by train.
